Today was very busy in the morning so I didn’t eat breakfast I just had coffee with lots of heavy cream.
For lunch I had crack chicken on keto bread open face sandwiches and broccoli.
And dinner I had leftovers from the night before and a little bit more crack chicken.
My fat ratio is slightly low today. I’m still getting quite a bit of fat in still and I’m not going over my carb limit. I’m not going to be upset that my protein is what threw my fat off today. By the way after taking a magnesium and getting a good night’s rest my headache did go away. I was probably low in magnesium. I will continue to take supplements to make sure that doesn’t happen again.
